اثربخشی آموزش هوش معنوی و مهارت‌های زندگی بر هوش معنوی دانشجویان پرستاری مضطرب دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سیرجان

چکیده

مقدمه: نتایج تحقیقات قبلی نشان داده است که توجه به معنویت اثر مثبتی بر کاهش پریشانی هیجانی و علائم روان شناختی دارد. این تحقیق با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش هوش معنوی و مهارت­های زندگی بر هوش معنوی دانشجویان پرستاری سیرجان انجام گردیده است.

مواد و روش­ ها: در این مطالعه نیمه آزمایشی که در سال 1393 انجام شد 58 دانشجوی پرستاری که نمرات بالایی در مقیاس اضطراب داشتند به طور تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند شرکت­کنندگان در گروه آزمایش یک و آزمایش دو به ترتیب به­ مدت ده جلسه یک ساعته تحت آموزش هوش معنوی و مهارت­های زندگی قرارگرفتند و شرکت­کنندگان گروه شاهد آموزشی دریافت نکردند. میزان هوش معنوی هر سه گروه در آغاز و پایان جلسات آموزشی با استفاده از پرسشنامه هوش معنوی King مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. داده­ها با تحلیل کوواریانس آزمون تعقیبی توکی تحلیل شدند.

یافته ­ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش هوش معنوی و مهارت­های زندگی می­تواند میزان هوش معنوی دانشجویان پرستاری را افزایش دهد. نتایج نشان داد نمرات هوش معنوی گروه آزمایش یک با گروه شاهد تفاوت معنی­داری در سطح 001/0p<  دارد، اما نمره پس­آزمون گروه آزمایش یک و آزمایش دو با هم تفاوت معنی­داری نداشت.

نتیجه­ گیری: آموزش هوش معنوی و آموزش مهارت­های زندگی در افزایش هوش معنوی مؤثر می­با­شد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Previous research has shown that attending to spirituality can reduce both the psychological distresses and the severity of psychological symptoms. The present research was carried out to compare the effects of spiritual intelligence and life skills training on spiritual intelligence of Sirjan nursing students with anxiety.

Materials and Methods: This semi- experimental study was conducted in the academic year of 2013-2014. Fifty eight nursing students who had high anxiety scores were randomly assigned into three groups: experimental one, experimental two, and control.   Participants in the experimental one and experimental two groups participated in a one hour spiritual intelligence and life skills classes for ten sessions, whereas the control group received no education. The King Intelligence Questionnaire was administrated in pre-test and post-test. The groups were analyzed by Co-variance and Post Hoc test (Tukey).

Results: Results showed that spiritual intelligence and life skills training have similar effects on increasing the spiritual intelligence among the nursing students. The experimental group number one and the control groups obtained the significance level of p<0.001, but, there were no significant differences between the experimental group one and experimental group two (p<0.247). 

Conclusion: Spiritual intelligence and life skills training are effective in increasing the spiritual intelligence.
