One of the holistic models of lifestyle modification is Pender's Health Promotion Model. The purpose of this study is to determine the effective components to perform and maintain physical activity in middle-aged women. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional study of the variance-covariance matrix. The data were collected from health centers in the west of Ahvaz on different days in 2018 based on a structural equation modeling approach. This data included demographic characteristics, commitment to do and maintain physical activity, social support, perceived barriers, self-efficacy, and perceived enjoyment. The average variance extracted index (AVE) and Fornell-Larker criterion were used to assess convergent and divergent validity, and Cronbach's alpha coefficients and composite reliability were used to assess internal consistency.  Results: The mean and standard deviation of the age was 38/22 ± 6/72 years. Controllable barriers had the highest (0.265) and uncontrollable barriers the least (0.152) effect on the commitment to do and maintain physical activity. Also, composite reliability coefficients of controllable (0.75) and uncontrollable (0.79) barriers were found to be favorable. Conclusion: The proposed model had a sufficient fit to determine the main components' commitment to do and maintain physical activity in middle-aged women. It is recommended to pay particular attention to the role of controllable and uncontrollable barriers along with the perceived pleasure in commitment to do and maintain physical activity in middle-aged women.}, keywords = {physical activity,middle-aged,structural equation modeling,Women}, title_fa = {مؤلفه‌های مؤثر الزام به انجام و حفظ فعالیت جسمانی مبتنی بر مدل ارتقاء سلامت پندر در زنان میانسال ساکن در مناطق جنوب ایران طی سال 1397}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: سازمان بهداشت جهانی کاهش شیوع رفتار کم‌تحرکی را تا سال 2025 اولویت‌ اصلی خود ذکر کرده است. یکی از الگوهای جامع اصلاح سبک زندگی، مدل ارتقاء سلامت پندر است. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین مؤلفه‌های مؤثر الزام به انجام و حفظ فعالیت جسمانی مبتنی بر مدل ارتقاء سلامت پندر در زنان میانسال بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، داده‌های در دسترس طی روزهای مختلف سال 1397 از مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت غرب شهر اهواز بر اساس رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری جمع‌آوری شدند. این اطلاعات شامل خصوصیات دموگرافیک، الزام به انجام و حفظ فعالیت جسمانی، حمایت اجتماعی، موانع درک شده، خودکارآمدی و لذت درک شده بودند. از شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراج‌ شده و معیار فورنل - لارکر جهت سنجش روایی همگرا و واگرا و از ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی مرکب برای بررسی همسانی درونی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی افراد 72/6±22/38 سال بود. موانع قابل کنترل بیشترین (265/0) و موانع غیرقابل‌ کنترل کمترین (152/0) تأثیر را در الزام به انجام و حفظ فعالیت جسمانی داشتند. ضرایب پایایی مرکب موانع قابل کنترل (75/0) و غیرقابل ‌کنترل (79/0) در حد مطلوبی قرار داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: مدل ارائه شده از برازش کافی جهت تعیین مؤلفه‌های اصلی الزام به انجام و حفظ فعالیت جسمانی در زنان میانسال برخوردار بود. توصیه می‌شود به نقش موانع قابل کنترل و غیرقابل کنترل در کنار لذت درک شده برای الزام به انجام و حفظ فعالیت جسمانی در زنان میانسال توجه ویژه‌ای داشته باشیم.}, keywords_fa = {فعالیت جسمانی,میانسالی,مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری,زنان}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_105941.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_105941_e50be6a7f7216f98688c473f0fc8f64b.pdf} }
