Therefore, it is necessary to take psychological measures to reduce these injuries. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of reality therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy on the family process in female household heads. Materials and Methods: This was a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest, follow-up and control group. The statistical population of this study included all female household heads admitted to Baran and Navid Social Welfare Clinic in Sari in 2019, of which 45 people were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group. Training sessions on both reality therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy were held in 8 90-minute sessions each, and no action was taken for the control group. The instruments used was the Samani Family Process Questionnaire (2008). Data analysis was performed by mixed analysis of variance with repeated measures. Results: In both groups of reality therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, the difference between family process scores in female household heads in post-test and pre-test was statistically significant (p=0.00) and the difference in scores at follow-up with post-test was non-significant (p<0.05). The results showed that the difference between the mean of reality therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy in the family process was not significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, in the case of female household heads, health professionals can use both reality therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to improve the family process.}, keywords = {acceptance and commitment,family process,Reality Therapy,Female household heads}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثربخشی واقعیت‌درمانی و درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر فرایند خانواده در زنان سرپرست خانوار}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: زنان سرپرست خانوار در معرض آسیبهای روانشناختی و اجتماعی متعدد قرار دارند. بنابراین انجام مداخلات به منظور کاهش این آسیبها در آنها ضروری است. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی واقعیتدرمانی و درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر فرایند خانواده در زنان سرپرست خانوار انجام شد. مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون، پسآزمون، پیگیری و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه زنان سرپرست خانوار مراجعهکننده به کلینیک مددکاری اجتماعی باران و نوید شهرستان ساری در سال 1398 بود که از این بین، 45 نفر به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروههای آزمایش تحت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای واقعیتدرمانی یا درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد قرار گرفتند. برای گروه کنترل مداخلهای انجام نشد. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه فرایند خانواده Samania  (1387) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با روش تحلیل واریانس آمیخته همراه با اندازهگیری مکرر انجام شد. یافته ها: در هر دو گروه آزمایش، تفاوت نمرات فرایند خانواده در زنان سرپرست خانوار در پسآزمون با پیشآزمون از نظر آماری معنیدار (00/0=p) بود. تفاوت نمرات در زمان پیگیری با پسآزمون معنیدار نبود. تفاوت میانگین نمره گروه واقعیتدرمانی با درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در فرایند خانواده معنیدار نبود. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه، متخصصان حوزه سلامت میتوانند مداخلات واقعیتدرمانی و درمان پذیرش و تعهد را به منظور بهبود فرایند خانواده در زنان سرپرست خانوار مورد استفاده قرار دهند.}, keywords_fa = {پذیرش و تعهد,فرایند خانواده,واقعیتدرمانی,زنان سرپرست خانوار}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_153934.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_153934_8922ea32563bf7e5070dd9c067f54bed.pdf} }
