The present study aimed to investigate the effect of self-healing training on anxiety, self-esteem, and forgiveness in betrayed women in Isfahan in 2021. Materials and Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design and a control group. The study population included all betrayed women who were members of the Naranon society (Anonymous sufferers’ family group) in district one of Isfahan. Using convenience sampling, 30 betrayed women were selected and randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.  The experimental group underwent 14 sessions (one session per week, 60 minutes each) of self-healing training. The research instruments included Pollard et al’s Family Forgiveness Scale (FFS) (1998), Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (1996), and Zank Anxiety Scale (1970). The repeated measures variance analysis in SPSS software were further employed to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that self-healing training had a significant effect on reducing anxiety, improving self-esteem and forgiveness in betrayed women (p< 0.05). The changes remained stable until the follow-up stage. Conclusion: It is recommended to pay more attention to Self-care education in families due to its role in improving the psychological health of betrayed women, as well as increasing self-esteem and forgiveness and reducing anxiety.}, keywords = {Self-Care,Self-esteem,forgiveness,anxiety,Women}, title_fa = {تأثیر آموزش خودشفابخشی بر اضطراب، عزت‌نفس و بخشش در زنان خیانت‌دیده}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: خیانت زناشویی یک حادثه بین فردی آسیب‌زاست که می‌تواند منجر به علائم شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری در قربانی گردد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش خودشفابخشی بر اضطراب، عزت‌نفس‌ و بخشش‌ در زنان خیانت‌دیده شهر اصفهان در سال ۱۳۹۹ انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها‌: طرح پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زنان خیانت‌دیده عضو انجمن نارانان (گروه خانواده آسیب‌دیدگان گمنام) ناحیه یک شهر اصفهان بودند که از بین آن‌ها 30 نفر به شیوه در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش، طی ۱۴ جلسه (60 دقیقه‌ای، هفته‌ای یک‌بار) آموزش خودشفابخشی را دریافت نمودند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، شامل سه پرسشنامه بخشش Pollard و همکاران (1998)، عزت‌نفس Coper smit  (1996) و اضطراب Zank (۱۹۷۰) بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر استفاده شد.  یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد آموزش خودشفابخشی‌ موجب کاهش اضطراب،‌ بهبود عزت‌نفس‌ و بخشش در بین زنان خیانت‌دیده‌ شده است (۰۰۵/۰>p). به علاوه، تغییرات ایجاد شده تا زمان پیگیری پایدار مانده‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری:  با توجه به تأثیر آموزش خودشفابخشی در ارتقای سلامت روان زنان خیانت‌دیده و افزایش عزت‌نفس و بخشش در کنار کاهش اضطراب، توجه به این نوع آموزش خودمراقبتی به خانواده‌ها پیشنهاد می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {Self-Care,Self-esteem,forgiveness,anxiety,Women}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_154004.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_154004_08467547d71f3bb25ea6abacb51b1854.pdf} }
