The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses general health role in the occurrence of nursing errors among the nurses at Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2012.  Material and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 522 nurses working in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences. In order to collect the data three questionnaires including demographic data, general health (General Health Questionnaire -28), and Nursing error were used. The data were analyzed based on Logistic regression and T-Test.   Results: The results showed that the General health of nurses declined with: being female (p=0.026) and an increase in the number of night shifts (p=0.021). Four subscales of public health (Physical, Social, Anxiety, Depression) were also investigated. 53.7 % of nurses experienced high anxiety . The results showed a statistically significant relationship between Nursing error and general health ( P=0.000). Nursing errors was higher in women than in men (p= 0.003). Factors such as the number of night shifts (p=0.023) and having children under one year old (p=0.05) was significantly associated with nursing error.   Conclusion: Nursing error is known to be a factor in the reduction of the quality of patient care. A change in the occupational factors such as age , sex, marital status and reduction of number of night shifts can improve the general health of the nurses and ultimately promote the quality of caring in patients and reduce nursing errors.}, keywords = {Nursing Error,General health,Nurse}, title_fa = {نقش سلامت عمومی در رخداد خطاهای پرستاری در بین پرستاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1391}, abstract_fa = {  خلاصه   مقدمه : کاهش سلامتی نه تنها باعث ایجاد مشکل برای پرستاران می­گردد، بلکه از طریق تحت تأثیر قرار­ دادن خدمات ارائه شده توسط آن­ها، بر سلامتی جامعه نیز اثر خواهد داشت . مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش سلامت عمومی در رخداد خطاهای پرستاری در بین پرستاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1391 انجام شد .   مواد و روش­ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی است که بر روی 522 پرستار شاغل به روش سرشماری انجام شد. جهت جمع‌آوری داده­ها از سه پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک، سلامت ­ عمومی (General Health Questionnaire -28) و خطاهای پرستاری استفاده شد. داده­ها با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون لجستیک و آزمون تی­ و کای اسکوئر مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت.   یافته­ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد بین سلامت عمومی و جنس (026/0 = p ) و تعداد شب­کاری (021/0 p= ) ارتباط معنی­داری وجود دارد. پرستارانی که سلامت عمومی نامطلوب دارند سه برابر بیشتر دچار خطاهای پرستاری می­شوند ( 000/0 p= ) میزان خطاهای شغلی در زنان بیشتر از مردان بود (003/0 p= ) بین تعداد شب­کاری (023/0 p= )، داشتن فرزند زیر یک سال (050/0 p= ) و خطای پرستاری ارتباط معنی­ داری وجود داشت.   نتیجه­گیری: افزایش خطاهای پرستاری در حیطه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی به صورت کاهش ایمنی در کیفیت مراقبت از بیمار شناخته می­شود. توجه به عوامل فردی و شغلی مانند : سن، جنس، وضعیت تأهل و تعداد شب­کاری در تنظیم شیفت‌های کاری به بهبود سلامت عمومی پرستاران و کاهش خطاهای پرستاری و ارتقاء خدمات ارائه شده به بیماران منجر می ­ شود .}, keywords_fa = {خطاهای پرستاری,سلامت عمومی,پرستار}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_45704.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_45704_7503bfcf688e59d5d76e432dd9c1ba6a.pdf} }
