The aim of this research was to determine body image disturbances in the paintings of obsessive compulsive disorder patients and comparing the results with healthy persons. Materials and Methods: This was a cross sectional-descriptive study. Two groups which included 30 obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) patients and 30 healthy individuals were analyzed. These two groups were assimilated by some characterization such as: sex, age, marriage and job. The paintings were graded by Goodenough-Harris Drawing scale. Data were coded and entered into the computer program. The results were analyzed by descriptive and Chi-squared statistical testing. Results: The results showed that the OCD patients group’s drawings were statistically different in Draw-a-man test from the normal group in: The frequency of removal of the existence of geometric shapes, the details, the unusual sizes and unfitness of the organs. Conclusions: OCD patients are impaired in body image. By using a non direct assessment and the help of Draw-a-man test which is a projective mechanism, we could detect the problem that the patients cannot express.}, keywords = {Draw-a-man test,body image,Obsessive compulsive disorder}, title_fa = {بررسی اختلال در تصویر ذهنی از بدن در نقاشی آدمک بیماران مبتلا به وسواس فکری- عملی و افراد سالم}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: اختلال تصویر بدنی در طبقه اختلال وسواس فکری– عملی و اختلالات مرتبط قرار میگیرد که شامل توجه بیش از حد  به آسیب های جزئی در ظاهر است که  منجر به آشفتگی بیش از حد میشود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی میزان اختلال در تصویر ذهنی از بدن در نقاشی آدمک بیماران مبتلا به وسواس فکری- عملی وا فراد سالم است. مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مقطعی–توصیفی است. تعداد 30 بیمار مبتلا به وسواس فکری- عملی که توسط روانشناس یا روانپزشک تشخیص داده شده بودند به صورت تصادفی ساده و 30 فرد بدون علایم وسواسی، که از نظر ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی، مانند وضعیت تأهل، سن و وضعیت اقتصادی با گروه بیمار همتا بودند، انتخاب شدند. از آزمون آدمک گودیناف هریس جهت نمرهگذاری نقاشی استفاده گردید. داده ها بصورت کد ویژه وارد رایانه شده و سپس برای تجزیه و تحلیل آنها از آمار توصیفی (جداول و نمودارها) و آمار استنباطی از (آزمون کای دو) استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد افراد مبتلا به وسواس فکری- عملی نسبت به افراد سالم از نظر فراوانی حذف عضو، وجود اشکال هندسی، وجود جزئیات، اندازه غیر عرف و تناسب غیر اعضا تفاوت معنیداری دارند. نتیجه گیری: بیماران مبتلا به وسواس در تصویر ذهنی از بدن دچار اختلال هستند. با استفاده از روش ارزیابی غیرمستقیم و با کمک آزمون ترسیم آدمک که یک مکانیسم برون فکنانه است میتوان به مشکلی که بیمار قادر به بیان آن نیست پیبرد.}, keywords_fa = {تصویر ذهنی از بدن,آزمون نقاشی آدمک,وسواس فکری-عملی}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_45754.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_45754_de64b07ea59c272ea153084f9b79de17.pdf} }
