Therefore, the objective of the present study was to examine the role of social support in orientation and life expectancy of healthy people and patients with HIV in Zabol. Materials and Methods: The method of this study was descriptive following a correlational predictive design. The statistical population of the current study included all patients with HIV and normal people in Zabol and the statistical sample of this study contained 190 individuals (40 patients with HIV and 150 healthy people). To collect the data, the Sherbourne and Stewart Social Support Survey, the Hallajian Life Expectancy Questionnaire, and the Carver et al. Life Orientation Test were used. Results: The results of Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that social support was significantly and positively related to life expectancy (r=0.33) and life orientation (r=0.31) of patients with HIV and in addition, the results of simultaneous regression revealed that social support alone predicted 10% of the variance in life expectancy and 9% of the variance in life orientation among patients with HIV; however, in healthy people, social support predicted only 3% of the variance in life expectancy and 5% of the variance in life orientation. Conclusion: Given the results of the current study, regarding the promotion of life expectancy and orientation in life, patients with HIV need more social support compared to healthy individuals.}, keywords = {Social Support,Orientation in Life,Expectancy,Patients with HIV}, title_fa = {نقش حمایت اجتماعی در جهت‌گیری و امید به زندگی افراد سالم و بیماران مبتلا به HIV}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: حمایت اجتماعی از مؤلفه‌های مهم در زندگی بیماران مبتلا به HIV است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش حمایت اجتماعی در جهت‌گیری و امید به زندگی در افراد سالم و بیماران مبتلا به HIV  شهرستان زابل بود.  مواد و روش‌ها: روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه مبتلایان به بیماری HIV و افراد عادی شهرستان زابل تشکیل می‌دادند. نمونه آماری این پژوهش مشتمل بر 190 نفر (40 نفر بیمار HIV ) و (150 نفر افراد سالم) بود. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه حمایت اجتماعی شربون و استوارت، امید به زندگی حلاجیان و جهت‌گیری زندگی کارور و همکاران استفاده گردید. دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که رابطه مثبت و معنیداری بین حمایت اجتماعی با امید به زندگی (33/0=r) و جهت‌گیری در زندگی (31/0=r) بیماران مبتلا بهHIV وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون هم‌زمان نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی به ‌تنهایی 10% از واریانس امید به زندگی و 9% از واریانس جهت‌گیری در زندگی را در بیماران مبتلا به HIV پیش‌بینی میکند که در افراد سالم حمایت اجتماعی  تنها 3% از واریانس امید به زندگی و 5% از واریانس جهت‌گیری در زندگی را پیش‌بینی میکند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، بیماران مبتلا بهHIV  در زمینه ارتقاء امید به زندگی و جهت‌گیری در زندگی، نسبت به افراد سالم نیاز به حمایت اجتماعی بیشتری دارند.}, keywords_fa = {حمایت اجتماعی,جهت‌گیری زندگی,امید,بیماران HIV}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_45765.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_45765_21128e0c595bdeb113d2c9fb34ba9dbd.pdf} }
