Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the relationship between the aspects of emotion regulation and social anxiety in married women. Materials and Methods: The research method was correlational. The statistical population included all married women in Isfahan in 2014 from whom 313 were selected through clustered random sampling method. The research instruments were Cotter et.al (2000) social anxiety questionnaire, Young's early maladaptive schema and cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, the descriptive analysis method and Pearson correlation statistical method software were applied in SPSS18. Result: Findings showed that the first, second and fifth early maladaptive schemata had a positive significant relationship with social anxiety (p=0.01). Moreover, from the aspects of emotion regulation, the components of self-reproach, mental rumination, catastrophic imagination and reproaching others had a positive significant relationship with social anxiety (p=0.01). However, this relationship was significantly negative with the variables of positive re-evaluation and positive re-attention (p=0.01). Conclusion: According to the results of this study, in order to investigate the social anxiety among women, the role of early maladaptive schemata and their cognitive emotion regulation should be adequately taken into account. }, keywords = {social anxiety disorder,Early maladaptive schemata,emotional regulation,Women}, title_fa = {رابطه ابعاد تنظیم هیجان و طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه با اضطراب اجتماعی در زنان متأهل شهر اصفهان، 1393}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: یکی از شایع‌ترین و دردسرسازترین نوع اضطراب‌ها، اضطراب اجتماعی است. در این حالت فرد در هنگام مواجه‌شدن با اجتماع دچار ترس و اضطراب بیش از اندازه می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه بین ابعاد تنظیم هیجان با اضطراب اجتماعی در زنان متأهل صورت گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: روش پژوهش، از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعهی آماری شامل کلیه زنان متأهل شهر اصفهان در سال 1393 بود که به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای، تعداد 313 نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های اضطراب اجتماعی کونور و همکاران (2000)، طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار (یانگ) و تنظیم شناختی هیجان بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده‌‌ها‌‌ از روش‌های‌ تحلیل توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که حوزه اول، دوم و پنجم طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگارانه اولیه با اضطراب اجتماعی رابطه معنیدار مثبت داشتند (01/0p=). هم‌چنین از بین ابعاد تنظیم هیجان، مؤلفه‌های سرزنش خود، نشخوار ذهنی، فاجعه‌آمیز پنداری، سرزنش دیگران با اضطراب اجتماعی رابطه معنیدار مثبت داشتند (01/0p=). متغیرهای ارزیابی مجدد مثبت و توجهی مجدد مثبت با اضطراب اجتماعی رابطه معنیدار منفی نشان دادند (01/ 0p=). نتیجه‌گیری: بنا بر نتایج پژوهش حاضر، جهت بررسی اضطراب اجتماعی زنان باید به وجود طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و شیوه‌های تنظیم شناختی هیجان آنان توجه کافی معطوف گردد.}, keywords_fa = {اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی,طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه,تنظیم هیجانی,زنان}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_57042.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_57042_55c69fb002f2d69cfb9d7c379fb0755a.pdf} }
