Materials and Methods: In this semi-experimental study, 60 men were selected using available sampling method among all men with substance abuse referred to the Drug Rehabilitation Centers in Kermanshah City in 2017-18. The participants were randomly divided into three groups of 20, two experimental groups and one control group. Participants in the acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectic behavioral therapy received 10 and 12 sessions of intervention respectively and the control group received nothing. The instrument for collecting data was a behavioral inhibition and behavioral activation scale, which was performed in all three stages of pre-test, post-test and three-month follow up on the subjects. The data were analyzed using repeated measures analysis of variance post hoc test. Results: The results showed that there was a significant difference between the mean scores of pre-test, post-test and follow up values of the experimental groups (p£0.001). However, this finding was not observed between the two experimental groups. Conclusions: The results showed that men with substance abuse may benefit from recent acceptance- and mindfulness-based approaches including acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectic behavioral therapy.}, keywords = {Substance abuse,Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,Dialectic behavioral therapy,Behavioral inhibition,Behavioral activation}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکال در افزایش بازداری رفتاری و کاهش فعال‌سازی رفتاری مردان سوءمصرف‌کننده مواد}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: امروزه درمانهای موج سوم در رواندرمانی به جای چالش با شناختها، بر آگاهی و پذیرش از هیجانها، شناختها و رفتارها تأکید دارند.هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکال در بازداری رفتاری و فعالسازی رفتاری مردان سوءمصرفکننده مواد بود. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه از نوع نیمهتجربی، جامعه آماری سوءمصرفکنندگان مواد شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1396 بودند. 60  نفر به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی ساده در سه گروه بیست نفری (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه) قرار گرفتند. گروههای درمان پذیرش و تعهد و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکال هر کدام 10 و 12 جلسه تحت مداخله قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه مداخلهای دریافت ننمود. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مقیاس بازداری رفتاری و فعالسازی رفتاری بود که در سه مرحله پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری سه ماهه اجرا شد. دادهها با روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: بین میانگین نمرات پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری گروههای آزمایش تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (001/0p£). مقایسه گروههای درمانی حاکی از آن بود که بین درمان پذیرش و تعهد و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکال در بازداری رفتاری و فعالسازی رفتاری تفاوت معنیداری وجود ندارد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به تأثیر درمان پذیرش و تعهد و رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکال در بازداری رفتاری و فعالسازی رفتاری مردان سوءمصرفکننده مواد، این درمان برای بازداری رفتاری و فعالسازی رفتاری مردان سوءمصرفکننده مواد توصیه میشود.}, keywords_fa = {سوءمصرف مواد,درمان پذیرش و تعهد,رفتاردرمانی دیالکتیکال,بازداری رفتاری,فعالسازی رفتاری}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_70887.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_70887_bca02d55ccfdb3dfdf865d5e4f719d45.pdf} }
