مقایسه تأثیر درمان پذیرش و تعهد وجودنگر و درمان شفقت‌محور بر معنای زندگی دختران نوجوان افسرده

چکیده

مقدمه: افسردگی یک اختلال روان­پزشکی شایع، و فقدان حس معنا در زندگی یکی از عوامل بروز آن است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه تأثیر درمان پذیرش و تعهد وجودنگر با درمان شفقت­ محور بر معنای زندگی دختران نوجوان افسرده انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ ها : جامعه آماری این مطالعه نیمه­ آزمایشی (پیش­ آزمون- پس­ آزمون و سه گروه) شامل دختران نوجوان افسرده ناحیه سه آموزش و پرورش اصفهان در سال 1399 بود. از این بین، 45 نفر به شیوه نمونه­ گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) گمارده شدند. آزمودنی­ ها پرسشنامه معنای زندگی Steger را تکمیل نمودند. هر یک از گروه ­های مداخله، ده جلسه تحت درمان قرار گرفتند. گروه کنترل نیز در پایان دوره اجرا، تحت درمان پذیرش و تعهد وجودنگر قرار گرفت. داده ­ها با استفاده از آزمون­ های تحلیل کواریانس تک­ متغیره، چند ­متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد درمان پذیرش و تعهد وجودنگر و درمان شفقت­ محور بر افزایش معنای زندگی و افزایش مؤلفه ­های جستجوی معنا و حضور معنا تأثیر معنی­ داری داشتند (05/0>p). بین تأثیر دو شیوه درمانی بر معنای زندگی، تفاوت معنی­ داری وجود داشت (05/0>p). درمان پذیرش و تعهد وجودنگر بر افزایش معنای زندگی تأثیر بیشتری داشت.   
نتیجه­ گیری: یافته­ های پژوهش حاضر، حمایتی تجربی برای این دو روش درمانی در جهت افزایش معنای زندگی بود. آگاهی روان ­درمانگران حوزه سلامت از این رویکردها می­ تواند در راستای غلبه بر افسردگی و تجربه زندگی معنادار کمک­ کننده باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Depression is a common psychiatric disorder in adolescent girls, and lack of meaning in the life is an effective factor in its occurrence. Thus, this study is conducted to compare the effectiveness of existentialism acceptance and commitment therapy and compassion-focused therapy on meaning in the life of depressed adolescent girls.
Materials and Methods: The statistical population of this semi-experimental study included depressed adolescent girls in Isfahan in 2021. Among them, 45 people were selected by the purposive sampling method and randomly assigned to two experimental and one control group. Subjects completed the Steger Life Meaning Questionnaire. The experimental groups underwent ten sessions of the two therapies. Further, data were analyzed using univariate, multivariate analysis of covariance and the Bonferroni post-hoc test. The significance level of the tests was considered 0.05.
Results: The results showed that both therapies significantly increased the life meaning, as well as two components of its search and presence (p<0.05). In addition, a significant difference was observed between the two therapy methods concerning the meaning of life (p<0.05); thus, existentialism acceptance and commitment therapy had a greater increasing effect on the meaning of life.
Conclusion: The findings of this study were experimental support for these two therapies to increase the meaning of life in depressed adolescent girls. Awareness of psychotherapists of these approaches in the health field can help overcome depression and experience a meaningful life.
