اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد بر کاهش شدت نشانگان اختلال وسواس موکنی و افسردگی: پژوهش مورد منفرد

چکیده

مقدمه: درمان اختلال وسواس موکنی (TTM) از چالش انگیزترین موضوعات بالینی و بهداشت روانی است. لذا هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی درمان پذیرش و تعهد (ACT) بر کاهش شدت نشانگان موکنی و افسردگی در یک مورد مبتلا به اختلال وسواس موکنی بود.

مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش از نوع مورد منفرد (Single-subject design) با طرح A-B می‌باشد. مراجع دختری 20 ساله بود که براساس مصاحبه بالینی بر مبنای DSM-V، پرسشنامه‌های اختلال موکنی (MGH-HS) و افسردگی بک- فرم‌کوتاه (BDI-S) و نظر روان‌پزشک تشخیص قطعی اختلال موکنی را دریافت نمود. پس از موقعیت خط پایه (Base Line)، مداخله آغاز شد و شرکت کننده 8 جلسه مداخلۀ درمانی هفتگی 120 دقیقه‌ای را دریافت نمود و یک ماه پس از پایان جلسات مداخله، دو سری پرسشنامه در دو ماه متوالی به عنوان مرحله پیگیری اجرا و تکمیل شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش طی تحلیل دیداری نمودار داده‌ها براساس شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی و تحلیل دیداری نشان داد، در مرحله پیگیری نسبت به خط پایه مداخله در کاهش شدت نشانگان اختلال وسواس موکنی (TTM) و افسردگی مؤثر بوده است.

نتیجه‌‌گیری: روش ACT مؤثر بوده و از آن می‌توان در مراکز درمانی جهت کاهش نشانگان وسواس موکنی و افسردگی استفاده کرد.

Introduction: Treatment of trichotillomania is one of the most challenging clinical and mental health topics. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on deceasing the intensity of the symptoms of trichotillomania and depression.

Materials and Methods: The research was single-case design by A-B. A 20-year-old female client diagnosed with trichotillomania on the basis of clinical interview based on DSM-V, trichotillomania questionnaire (MGH-HS), and beck depression short form (BDI-S), and also definite diagnosis of psychiatrists received was the subject of this study. After the position of the baseline, the intervention began. The subject was exposed to 8 sessions of two hour intervention program. A month after the intervention sessions, two sets of questionnaires were administered in 2 consecutive months and was completed as a follow-up phase.

Results: The results of this study based on the visual analyses indicators and descriptive statistics showed that in the follow-up phase, compared to the baseline, the intervention was effective in reduction of trichotillomania and depression.

Conclusions: Acceptance and commitment therapy is effective and it can be applied in therapy centers in order to decrease the intensity of the symptoms of trichotillomania and depression.
