ارتباط حساسیت اخلاقی با کیفیت زندگی کاری در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر تبریز در سال 1393

چکیده

مقدمه: کیفیت زندگی کاری، مفهومی مهم در چگونگی ایفای نقش مراقبتی پرستاران به شمار می‌رود. حساسیت اخلاقی نیز به عنوان یکی از عوامل تأثیرگذار بر تصمیم‌گیری‌های شغلی پرستاران محسوب می‌گردد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط حساسیت اخلاقی با کیفیت زندگی کاری در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های شهر تبریز بود.

مواد و روش‍ها: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی بود که به روش همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش شامل کلیه پرستاران زن شاغل در بیمارستان‌های شهر تبریز در سال 1393 بودند و با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‍ای تعداد 186 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه حساسیت اخلاقی کیم و کیفیت زندگی کاری بروکس و آندرسون استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین و انحراف معیار و آمار استنباطی شامل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌ها، همبستگی مثبت میان حساسیت اخلاقی با کیفیت زندگی کاری - خانگی (342r=  ,p=001/0p=)، کیفیت زمینه کاری (364r=  ,p=001/0p=) و کیفیت دنیای کاری (378r=  ,p=001/0p=) به دست آمد، اما میان کیفیت برنامه کاری با حساسیت اخلاقی ارتباطی یافت نشد (190,r= 196/0p=).

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به ارتباط حساسیت اخلاقی با کیفیت زندگی کاری در پرستاران، به نظر می‌رسد، می‌توان با ارتقای سطح آگاهی اخلاقی پرستاران از طریق آموزش و تشویق رفتارهای اخلافی، شاهد افزایش کیفیت زندگی کاری در آنان بود.

Introduction: Quality of working life is an important concept in the role of nurses care taking life. Moral sensitivity is one of the factors that influence the decision-making process of the nurses. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between moral sensitivity and the quality of working life of nurses in hospitals of Tabriz, Iran.

Material and Methods: This cross - sectional study was conducted using Pearson correlation. The population study consisted of all nurses working in hospitals in the city of Tabriz in 2014 and a stratified random sample of 186 subjects was selected. Two questionnaires were used to gather information: Kim ethical sensitivity and Quality of Work Life of Brooks and Anderson. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation coefficients.

Results: A positive correlation between moral sensitivity, quality of working life - domestic (r=342, p=0.001), quality of work (r=364, p=0.001), quality of working life (r=378, p=0.001), respectively was obtained. But no relation was found between the quality of the work plan with moral sensitivity (r=190, p=0.196).

Conclusions: Regarding the relationship between moral sensitivity with the quality of work life for nurses, the awareness of nurses could be raised through education and encouraging nursing moral behavior, and in doing so enhance their quality of working life.
