آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متصدیان آرایشگاه‌های زنانه شهر گرگان نسبت به بیماری‌های عفونی در سال 1393

چکیده

خلاصه

مقدمه: سالن‌های زیبایی از جمله مکان‌هایی است که توجه به بهداشت و بهسازی آن در ارتقاء سطح سلامت جامعه و کنترل بیماری تأثیرگذار می‌باشد. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد آرایشگاه‌های زنانه شهر گرگان در خصوص بیماری‌های عفونی منتقله از طریق آرایشگری بود.

مواد و روش­ها: مطالعه از نوع مقطعی با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و به صورت سرشماری از تمام آرایشگاه‌های زنانه شهر گرگان (150 آرایشگاه) در سال 1393 انجام شد. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از از پرسشنامه استاندارد مطالعه Honarvar و همکاران استفاده گردید. داده‌ها توسط شاخص‌های پراکندگی مرکزی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های مطالعه نشان داد که درصد آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متصدیان آرایشگاه در خصوص بیماری‌ها و گندزدایی  به ترتیب 3/83، 16/84 و 7/95 درصد بوده است. بین متغیرهای آگاهی با نگرش، آگاهی با عملکرد، نگرش با عملکرد همبستگی مثبت و معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (01/0>p). 7/84  و 7/88  درصد از آرایشگران  به ترتیب،  آرایشگاه را محل مناسبی جهت تاتو  و برداشتن ضایعات پوستی دانسته‌اند.

نتیجه‌گیری: در این مطالعه میزان آگاهی و نگرش و عملکرد آرایشگران نسبت به بیماری‌های عفونی در حد متوسط به بالاست. وجود دوره‌های آموزشی گواهینامه بهداشت عمومی و اجباری بودن گذراندن این دوره‌ها توسط تمامی صنوف از طرف مراکز بهداشت و همچنین وجود آموزشگاه اصناف و واگذاری آن به بخش خصوصی باعث افزایش سطح آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد متصدیان آرایشگاه‌ها و سالن‌های زیبایی نسبت به بیماری‌های عفونی‌شده است.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Observing the hygieninc and sanitary rules by beauty salons’ staff has a key roles in the promotion of general health.The aim of this study was to assess the adequacy of knowledge, attitude and practice of the female staff working in the Gorgan female beauty salons towards  infectious diseases .

Materials and Methods: The study was a cross-sectional and descriptive-analytic approach, consisting of all female beauty salons in Gorgan (150 salons). The gathering data tool was a standard questionnaire designed by Honarvar and colleagues.. The collected data were then analyzed using central distribution index, frequency distribution and Pearson correlation analysis.

Results: The findings of the study showed that the rate of the knowledge, attitude and practice of the hairdressers about infectious diseases and disinfection process were 83.3, 84.16 and 95.7 percent respectively. Significant and positive correlations were observed between the values of  knowledge and attitude, knowledge and practice, ,and  attitude and practice (p<0.01). Beauty salons were found to be convenient places by the hairdressers for tattooing (%84.7) and removal of small skin lesionsc(%88.7).  

Conclusion: The findings of the present study showed that the rate of knowledge, attitude and practice of the hairdressers about the infectious diseases was higher than the moderate level.. It seems that  taking  adequate mandatory and certificate-based training courses may promote the levels of these parameters among beauty salons’ staff.
