اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر بهبود کمبود میل جنسی زنان متأهل شهر سیرجان

چکیده

مقدمه: تمایل جنسی موضوع پیچیده­ای است که تحت تأثیر عوامل گوناگونی قرار دارد. یکی از عواملی که نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در این مؤلفه دارد، عامل روانشناختی است. بنابراین ﻫﺪف از اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، بررسی اثر­بخشی طرحواره درمانی بر بهبود کمبود میل جنسی زنان متأهل شهر سیرجان بود.
مواد و روش ­ها: اﻳﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ از ﻧﻮع نیمه آزﻣﺎﻳﺸﻲ ﺑﻮد. بدین منظور از بین زنان مراجعه­کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهر سیرجان که مبتلا به اختلال کمبود میل جنسی بودند، تعداد 30 نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و به گروه­های آزمایش و کنترل (هر گروه 15 نفر) تقسیم شدند. اعضای گروه آزمایش در طول10 جلسه هفتگی مورد طرحواره درمانی قرار گرفتند. برای گردآوری داده­ها از شاخص تمایل جنسی هالبرت (1992) استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها، آزمون تحلیل کواریانس به کار گرفته شد.
یافته­ ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد طرحواره درمانی موجب کاهش معنی­دار میانگین نمرات کمبود میل جنسی در گروه آزمایش (62/17 ± 00/59) نسبت به گروه کنترل (05/14 ± 98/47) گردیده است. (05/0>p)
نتیجه ­گیری: بر پایه یافته­های این پژوهش نتیجه گرفته می­شود که اثربخشی طرحواره درمانی بر افزایش میل جنسی مراجعین به مراکز مشاوره مؤثر می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Sexual desire is a complex issue influenced by a variety of factors particularly psychological factor. Therefore, the aim of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of schema therapy on married women with hypo-active sexual desire living in Sirjan City.
Materials and Methods:In this semi-experimental study, among married women with hypo- active sexual desire disorder referred to counseling centers of Sirjan City, 30 women were purposefully selected and were then divided into two groups of  15, experimental and control group. Experimental group received 10 weekly sessions of schema therapy. The data were collected by the Holbert Sexuality Index (1992) and analyzed by covariance test.
Results: The findings of the present study indicated that the average score of hypo-active sexual desire in the experimental group was significantly decreased compared to control group (59.00 ± 17.62 vs 47.98 ± 14.05, p<0.05).
Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, schema therapy may be an effective method for treatment of female hypo-active sexual desire disorder.
