پیش‌بینی افسردگی بر اساس هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی در دانشجویان دانشگاه ایلام در سال 1395

چکیده

مقدمه: افسردگی از مشکلات شایع در بین جوانان است که می­تواند سلامت روانی آن‌ها را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. هوش معنوی و هیجانی با تقویت روابط فردی و معنویات می‌توانند باعث بهبود وضعیت سلامتی شوند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش­بینی میزان افسردگی دانشجویان بر اساس ابعاد هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی آن‌ها در سال 1395 انجام شد.
مواد و روش ­ها: در این پژوهش که از نوع توصیفی است، 368 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه ایلام به روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی خوشه­ای انتخاب شدند. از 3 پرسشنامه افسردگی، هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی به عنوان ابزار جمع­آوری داده­ها استفاده شد. داده­ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی Pearson و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین هوش معنوی (36/0r= -) و هوش هیجانی (35/0r= -) با افسردگی رابطه منفی و معنی­دار وجود دارد (001/0>p). ضرایب تحلیل رگرسیون برای ترکیب خطی متغیرهای هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی با افسردگی در سطح کمتر از 001/0 معنی‌دار بود. نتایج نشان داد که گسترش حالت هشیاری (38/0ß= -) بیشترین اهمیت را در تبیین واریانس افسردگی داشته‌ است (19% R2=) (001/0 >p).
نتیجه­ گیری: به نظر می­رسد هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی با افسردگی دانشجویان در ارتباط است. بنابراین توصیه می­شود درمانگران و مشاوران جهت درمان و کاهش افسردگی افراد، توجه به این مؤلفه­ها را در دستور کار خود قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Depression is a common problem among young people that can affect their mental health. Spiritual and emotional intelligences can also improve the health of the person by strengthening personal relationships and spirituality. The aim of this study was to predict depression based on spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence in students of Ilam University in 2016.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 368 students were selected using a random cluster sampling. Three questionnaires regarding depression, spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence were used as the means of data collection. The data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and multiple linear regressions analysis.
Results: The results of the study revealed that there is a significant negative correlation between the spiritual intelligence (r= -0.36) and emotional intelligence (r= -0.35) with depression (p< 0.001). Regression coefficients for linear combination of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence with depression was significant in the level less than 0.001. The results showed that Extending the consciousness state (ß= -0.38) had the greatest importance in explaining the variance of depression (R2=19%) (p< 0.001).
Conclusion: It seems that spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence are related with student's depression. Therefore, it is suggested that therapists and counselors pay attention to these components in their agenda in the treatment and reduction of the rate of depression among these people.
