Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the psychometrics of the fear of COVID-19 scale in a larger population than in previous studies using reliable and valid psychometric indexes.Materials and Methods: The present study was conducted with a cross-sectional design using convenience sampling during the fifth wave of COVID-19 in Iran. Data were collected online through social networks among the general Iranian population (926 people). Construct validation was performed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. To evaluate the construct reliability, composite reliability and internal consistency were used.Results: Exploratory factor analysis indicated a one-factor structure which accounted for 53.69% of the total variance of fear of COVID-19 in the general Iranian population. Confirmatory factor analysis fit indices confirmed the first-order model. As such, the coefficients of Cronbach’s alpha, Omega McDonald, AIC, H index, and CR confirmed the internal consistency of the overall scale (>0.77). Moreover, the extracted factor had good d convergent validity.Conclusion: Psychometrics of the fear of COVID-19 scale at the peak of the COVID outbreak (the fifth wave) showed evidence of reliability and validity in the general population. Therefore, this scale is reliable and is recommended to examine people's fears at different times and during severe crises.}, keywords = {Psychometric,Fear,COVID-19,FCV-19S}, title_fa = {روان‌سنجی ابزارترس از کووید19 در اوج شیوع دلتا ویروس}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت عوارض ترس از کرونا ویروس، توسعه یک ابزار مناسب و معتبر بین فرهنگی برای درک پیامدهای سلامتی در سطح جهانی کمککننده خواهد بود؛ لذا، هدف از مطالعه حاضر، روانسنجی ابزار ترس از کووید19 در جمعیتی بزرگتر و متفاوت نسبت به مطالعه قبلی ، با استفاده از شاخصهای روایی و پایایی معتبر بود.مواد و روش ها: مطالعه روش‌شناختی حاضر به‌صورت مقطعی، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، در تابستان 1399 ، هم‌زمان با موج پنجم کرونا ویروس انجام شد. دادهها به‌صورت آنلاین از طریق شبکه‌های اجتماعی، در جمعیت ایرانی (926 نفر) گردآوری شد. روایی سازه، با استفاده از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی انجام شد. جهت ارزیابی پایایی، از پایایی مرکب و همسانی درونی استفاده شد.یافته ها: در تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، یک عامل استخراج شد، که نشان دهنده 69/53 از واریانس کل ترس از کووید19 بود. شاخص‌های تحلیل عامل تأییدی برازش، مدل مرتبه اول را تائید نمودند. مقادیر آلفای کرونباخ، امگا مک‌دونالد، پایایی مرکب و حداکثر پایایی، همسانی درونی ابزار را تائید نمودند (>77/0). همچنین عامل استخراج‌شده از روایی همگرای مناسبی برخوردار بود. نتیجه گیری: روانسنجی ابزار ترس از کووید19 در اوج شیوع کرونا (موج پنجم) نیز نشان دهنده شواهدی مبنی بر پایایی و روایی سازه است ؛ لذا، به نظرمی رسد، استفاده از این ابزار برای بررسی ترس افراد در زمانهای مختلف و بحرانهای شدید قابل اعتماد باشد. }, keywords_fa = {روان سنجی,ترس,کرونا ویروس,ابزار}, url = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_171578.html}, eprint = {https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_171578_ca42c8295866038cdb3f202490ff3c4d.pdf} }
