But it faces challenges. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the challenges of evidence-based practice. <strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: The current review study was conducted using the Broome 2000 method. Key words “evidence-based practice, evidence-based practice barriers and challenges, and evidence-based nursing” were searched in Persian databases (SID, Magiran, IranMedex, and Irandoc) and English databases (Web of Science, PubMed, and Google Scholar). After obtaining 173 articles, 164 articles were excluded due to lack of inclusion criteria, and finally 9 articles were included in the study. <strong>Results</strong>: The findings confirmed that it is impossible to hope for the use of evidence at the desired level and showed several challenges that were classified in 6 areas: mismatch of organizational strategies, human, educational, research, cultural factors, and resources and equipment. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: It seems that these obstacles cannot be prioritized because their impact can be different in different regions of the country. But they can be identified by looking carefully in each area. Therefore, being aware of these challenges, the officials will be able to find their roots and take action to solve them so that they can take steps towards improving the health of the society. <strong>مقدمه</strong>: عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد، استفاده از بهترین یافته­های علمی در تصمیم­گیری­های بالینی است و نقش مهمی در ارتقای کیفیت مراقبت­های پرستاری دارد، اما با چالش­هایی مواجه است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی چالش­های عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد انجام شد. <strong>مواد و روش­ها: </strong>مطالعه مروری حاضر، به روشBroome 2000  انجام شد.از کلید واژه­های: عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد، موانع و چالش­های عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد، پرستاری مبتنی بر شواهد در پایگاه­های اطلاعاتی فارسی (SID, Magiran, IranMedex, Irandoc) وکلید واژه­های: evidence-based practice, barriers and challenges of evidence based practice, evidence based nursing در پایگاه­های Web of Science, PubMed, Google Scholar استفاده شد. پس از دستیابی به 173 مقاله، 164مقاله به علت دارا نبودن معیارهای ورود حذف و در نهایت تعداد 9 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد. <strong>یافته ها:</strong> یافته­ها مسجل کرد که نمی­توان به استفاده از شواهد در سطح مطلوب امیدوار بود و چالش­های متعددی را نشان داد که در 6 حیطه: عدم تطابق استراتژی­های سازمانی، عوامل انسانی، آموزشی، پژوهشی، فرهنگی، منابع و تجهیزات؛ طبقه­بندی شدند. <strong>نتیجه­گیری</strong>: به نظر می­رسد نمی­توان به اولویت­بندی این چالش­ها پرداخت. زیرا میزان تأثیر آنها می­تواند در مناطق مختلف کشور متفاوت باشد. اما می­توان با نگاهی موشکافانه در هر منطقه آنها را شناسایی نمود. مسئولین امر با آگاهی از این چالش­ها قادر خواهند بود آنها را ریشه­یابی و در جهت رفع آنها اقدام کنند تا بتوان در مسیر اعتلای سلامت جامعه گام برداشت. https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_211453_f6c5693dde219ec0c8395b8b32704fa3.pdf
