The present study aimed to predict sexual satisfaction based on early maladaptive schemas with the mediating role of body image and cognitive emotion regulation in cosmetic procedure applicants.<br><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>The method of this research was descriptive and path analysis. The statistical population included all married people aged 20 to 55 years who applied for various cosmetic procedures and visited the offices of cosmetic doctors in Rafsanjan in 2024-2025. A total of 280 people were selected through convenience sampling from two cosmetic doctors' offices. The research tools included the Young Schema Questionnaire- short form, the Body Image Concern Inventory, the Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire, and the Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation test and path analysis.<br><strong>Results:</strong> Based on the findings, the domain of disconnection and rejection (β=-0.31, p=0.001), the impaired autonomy and performance (β=-0.20, p=0.005), and body image concern (β=-0.20, p=0.001) had a direct, negative, and significant effect on sexual satisfaction. Additionally, the domains of disconnection and rejection (β=-0.07, p= 0.003) and hypervigilance and inhibition (β= -0.04, p=0.01) had a significant, indirect effect on sexual satisfaction through body image concern.<br><strong>Conclusion</strong>: It appears that Body image plays an important role in the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and sexual satisfaction. It is recommended that interventions be implemented to optimally change early maladaptive schemas and improve body image in cosmetic procedure applicants. <strong>مقدمه: </strong>با توجه به اهمیت رضایت جنسی در سلامت جامعه و افزایش تعداد متقاضیان عمل زیبایی، لازم است رضایت جنسی در این افراد مطالعه شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی رضایت جنسی بر اساس طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه با نقش واسطه‌ای تصویر بدن و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در متقاضیان عمل زیبایی انجام شد. <br><strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>روش این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی متأهلین 20 تا 55 سال متقاضی انجام انواع اعمال زیبایی مراجعه‌کننده به مطب‌های پزشکان زیبایی شهر رفسنجان در سال 1403 بودند. تعداد 280 نفر به روش در دسترس از دو مطب پزشک زیبایی انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل فرم کوتاه پرسش‌نامه طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه، پرسش‌نامه نگرانی از تصویر بدن، پرسش‌نامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان و پرسش‌نامه رضایت جنسی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی ‌Pearson و تحلیل مسیر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.<br><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>بر اساس یافته‌ها حوزه‌ بریدگی و طرد (31/0- =β، 001/0 =p)، حوزه خودگردانی و عملکرد مختل (20/0- =β، 005/0 =p) و نگرانی از تصویر بدن (20/0- =β، 001/0 =p) بر رضایت جنسی اثر مستقیم، منفی و معنی­دار داشتند. حوزه‌های بریدگی و طرد (07/0- =β، 003/0 =p) و گوش‌به‌زنگی بیش از حد و بازداری (04/0- =β، 01/0 =p) با واسطه‌‌گری نگرانی از تصویر بدن بر رضایت جنسی اثر غیرمستقیم معنی­دار داشتند.<br><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> به­نظر می­رسد تصویر بدن در ارتباط طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و رضایت جنسی نقش مهمی دارد. توصیه می‌شود مداخلاتی جهت تغییر بهینه طرح‌واره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و بهبود تصویر بدن در متقاضیان عمل زیبایی انجام گیرد. https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_230503_d0c408674288f0313e0d343ca99276bd.pdf
