دانشکده پرستاری مامایی و پیراپزشکی رفسنجان سلامت جامعه 2345-6248 4 1 2017 05 09 The view of internship in the field student about clinical education and problems of that in Nursing and Health School of Khoy, 2009 دیدگاه دانشجویان کارآموزی عرصه در خصوص وضعیت آموزش بالینی و مشکلات موجود در آن در دانشکده پرستاری و بهداشت خوی، سال 88 13 19 45601 FA معصومه اکبربگلو رقیه بایرامی Journal Article 2017 05 09   B ackground and Objective: Clinical education is an essential section of nursing education and duty of nursing colleges are teaching the nurses that have been ability to apply clinical service according to progressive in knowledge nowadays. In regarding to importance of trainers view in educational process and distinguish of problems for promotion of quality nursing service, therefore this study has done to assess view of students about clinical education and it’s problems.   Materials and Methods: This study is descriptive design and the study population consisted of 30 probationer nursing student in Nursing College, Khoy. Sampling method was census and data collected by using questionnaire. Validity of scale determined by content validity . Reliability of scale determined by Cronbach alpha.   Results: Results show that view of nursing student about “ skills of patient education” (66.6%) and “ skills of implementing nursing process” (55.2%) were weak. The most problems of clinical education were “following from bad habit” (56.7%), “lack of appropriate knowledge in units” (46.6%) and “amazing of student at time absent of instructor” (50%).   Discussion: The purpose of clinical education is promotion of service in society, however several problem are barriers for achieve this purpose. Therefore responsible of nursing education should pay attention to that .   خلاصه   زمینه و هدف : آموزش بالینی بخش اساسی و مهم آموزش پرستاری است و وظیفه دانشکده­های پرستاری تربیت پرستارانی است که توان ارائه خدمات بالینی بر اساس پیشرفت­های علمی روز داشته باشند. با توجه به اهمیت نظران فراگیران در فرایند آموزش و شناسایی مشکلات موجود برای ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات پرستاری لذا در این مطالعه به بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان در خصوص آموزش بالینی و مشکلات موجود در آن پرداخته شده است.   مواد و روش ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی و جامعه مورد پژوهش شامل دانشجویان پرستاری کارآموزی عرصه در دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی ارومیه بوده است. حجم نمونه 30 نفر و نمونه گیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد ابزار گردآوری داده­ها پرسشنامه می­باشد که روایی آن از طریق روای محتوا و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ بررسی گردید .   یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که دیدگاه دانشجویان در زمینه " ایجاد مهارت آموزش به بیمار" (6/66%) و " ایجاد مهارت در اجرای فرایند پرستاری در دانشجو" (2/55%) در حد ضعیف می باشد. و از مشکلات موجود در کارآموزی بالینی بیشترین مورد " پیروی از عادات نادرست " (7/56%)، "نداشتن زمینه های علمی مناسب در بخش" (6/46%) و "سرگردانی دانشجویان در غیاب مربی" (50%) می باشد.   نتیجه گیری: هدف دوره آموزش بالینی ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات پرستاری در جامعه می­باشد ولی وجود مشکلات متعدد مانع از دستیابی به این هدف می شود که باید مسئولین آموزش پرستاری در این زمینه به آنها توجه داشته باشند. https://chj.rums.ac.ir/article_45601_7f65d29fa86be6c6036fd73bae7e3cd3.pdf
