Background and Objective: Studies showed that the jamaat prayer have individual, social, political, psychological and other functions . The most important function of prayer , remember God with other believers to worship and enjoy the doubled rewards . thus in this study we tried to assess the Jamaat prayer encouraging factors regarding the viewpoints of students and staff of Nursing, Midwifery and Paramedic Faculty of Rafsanjan University of Medical sciences, to obtain necessary information about these factors and to promote prosperity of them and more to divine obligation.   Material and Methods: In this descriptive study, we enrolled all of student and saff of Nursing, Midwifery and paramedic faculty of Rafsanjan University of Medical sciences. Study was performed in 2010 the study participants were 252 person and the sampling was conveniencely. The data were collected by a Questionnaire that its validity and reliability was approved. Data were analyzed by SPSS software version 16 and descriptive tests.   Results: The numbers of students and staffs were 216 and 36 people, respectively 78.2% of students and 69.4% of staff was female, respectively. Most of people who participated in the study were strongly agree with regular prayer program, the availability of appropriate health services and cleaning of mosque, prayer speaker during praying time and consideration of personal hygiene by worshipers.   Conclusion: Based on the results of present study, schools should improve physical environment and hygiene of its mosque and increase their equipment .
