اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر خودتوصیف‌گری بدنی و تفکر ارجاعی منفی دختران نوجوان مبتلا به اختلال خوردن

چکیده

مقدمه: اختلال خوردن، پیامدهای روان‌شناختی منفی زیادی دارد و یکی از روش‌های مؤثر در تعدیل ویژگی‌های روش شناخت درمانی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر خودتوصیف‌گری بدنی و تفکر ارجاعی منفی دختران نوجوان مبتلا به اختلال خوردن انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه پژوهش دانش‌آموزان دختر نوجوان مبتلا به اختلال خوردن دوره دوم متوسطه 16-15 ساله شهر اهواز در سال تحصیلی 97-1396 بودند. نمونه پژوهش 30 نفر بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به روش تصادفی در دو گروه مساوی جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای (هفته‌ای یک جلسه) با روش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی آموزش دیدند و گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار قرار گرفتند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه‌های اختلال خوردن Garner و همکاران، فرم کوتاه خودتوصیف‌گری بدنی Marsh و همکاران و تفکر ارجاعی منفی Ehring و همکاران بود. داده‌ها با روش‌های تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و کوواریانس تک متغیره در متن تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی باعث افزایش خودتوصیف‌گری بدنی (028/0p< ,444/5F=) و کاهش تفکر ارجاعی منفی (001/0 p< ,437/17F=) دختران نوجوان مبتلا به اختلال خوردن شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاکی از تأثیر روش شناخت درمانی مبتنی بر ذهن آگاهی بر افزایش خودتوصیف‌گری بدنی و کاهش تفکر ارجاعی منفی دختران نوجوان مبتلا به اختلال خوردن بود. بنابراین، درمانگران می‌توانند از این روش در کنار سایر روش‌ها برای بهبود ویژگی‌های روان‌شناختی دختران نوجوان استفاده کنند.

Introduction: Eating disorder has many psychological complications. Cognitive therapy is one of the most widely used methods in the field of psychotherapy. The present research aimed to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy on physical self-description and repetitive negative thinking among female adolescent with eating disorder.
Materials and Methods: This was a semi-experimental study with pre- and post-test design and a control group. The research population was all female students with eating disorder aged 15 to 16 years studying at secondary high schools of Ahvaz City in 2017-18. Thirty students were selected through available sampling method and randomly assigned into two equal groups. The experimental group received 8 weekly sessions of 90 min of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and the control group was put on a waiting list. Research tools included the questionnaires of Garner & et al’s eating disorder, Marsh & et al’s physical self-description and Ehring & et al’s repetitive negative thinking. Data were analyzed with MANCOVA and ANCOVA in based MANCOVA methods.
Results: The findings showed that the mindfulness-based cognitive therapy led to increase physical self-description (F=5/444, p<0/028) and to decreaserepetitive negative thinking (F=17/437, p<0/001) of female adolescent with eating disorder.
Conclusion: Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy method may be suggested as an alternative for enhancement of physical self-description and relief of repetitive negative thinking in female adolescent with eating disorder.
