Abstract

Introduction: Infertility and its complications have a large impact on the psychological well-being of people. The goal of the current research is to investigate the role of Meta emotion and resiliency in psychological well-being of infertile woman. Material and Methods: The present research is a descriptive. The statistical population of current research included all infertile women referring to health centers of Gonabad city in 2012-2013. The sample of current research was 120 infertile women who were selected by available sampling method. For gathering data, resiliency questionnaire, psychological well-being questionnaire and Meta emotion questionnaire were used. The gathered data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear. Results: Results showed that, a positive and significant relationship between resiliency and meta emotion with psychological well-being in infertile women exists. Also according to the multiple regression analysis meta emotion and resiliency could significantly predict the psychological wellbeing of infertile women. Conclusion: Overall R2 should be reported research show the importance of meta emotion and resiliency in predicting the psychological wellbeing of infertile woman.
