Abstract
  Background and Objective: Counseling as an effective parameter can be used to solve many student issues . Counseling techniques can be used to overcome problems arising from the use prevent academic failure . One of the most effective solutions for a consult is interest and performance of adviser . The aim of this study was to determine teachers ' attitudes and faculty adviser, their duties toward counseling and supervising students in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences .   Material and Methods: In this cross-sectional study we enrolled 90 academic members of Rafsanjan university of medical sciences and their attitudes were assessed via questionnaire.
