کاربرد مدل سازگاری روی در مراقبت پرستاری ایران: یک مطالعه مروری روایتی

چکیده

مقدمه: استفاده از مراقبت مبتنی بر مدل­های پرستاری در پیش­بینی پیامدهای مراقبت و شناسایی عوامل زمینه­ای و برنامه­ریزی مراقبت بیمارمحور نقش به­سزایی دارد. هدف مطالعه حاضر تبیین کاربرد مدل سازگاری روی در مراقبت پرستاری ایران است.
مواد و روش­ها: این مطالعه مروری روایتی با جستجوی کلید واژگان اصلی به زبان فارسی از جمله مدل سازگاری روی، مراقبت پرستاری، مدل روی در پرستاری ایران و کلید واژگان انگلیسی Nursing Care, Roy Adaptation Model, Nursing and Roy adaptation model in Iran,  در پایگاه­های داده­ای مختلف و در مجلات داخلی و خارجی در بازه زمانی سال­های ابتدایی ظهور مدل تا 2023 انجام شده است. پس از جستجوی اولیه مقالات، 80 مقاله بررسی اولیه شد و با توجه به معیارهای ورود و خروج ؛ 46 مطالعه کنار گذاشته شد. مطالعاتی که دسترسی به متن کامل آنها مقدور نبود، از بررسی خارج شدند (تعداد مقاله=4). سپس یافته­های مطالعات باقیمانده (30 مقاله) جهت بررسی بیشتر مورد مطالعه عمیق قرار گرفتند.
یافته­ها: به طور کلی کاربرد مدل روی در بهبود سازگاری در ابعاد مختلف در بیماری­ها و موقعیت­های متنوع از جمله در بیماران همودیالیز، تالاسمی، نارسایی قلب، سرطان پستان، اختلالات روانی، سوختگی، آسم، مولتیپل اسکلروزیس، دیابت، فشارخون و کووید-19 تبیین گردید.
نتیجه­گیری: به نظر می­رسد که با توجه به نتایج مثبت در بهبود سطح سازگاری در بیماران مختلف در مطالعات متعدد، مدل روی می­تواند به عنوان یکی از مدل­های پرکاربرد در مراقبت پرستاری در ایران مورد توجه قرار گیرد. بررسی تناسب مدل روی با بستر  پرستاری ایران در قالب مطالعات کیفی در آینده یک ضرورت است.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The use of care based on nursing models plays a significant role in predicting the outcomes of care and identifying underlying factors and planning patient-centered care. The main aim of this study is to explain the application of Roy nursing model in the care of different patients in Iran.
Materials and Methods: This narrative review study has been done by searching the main keywords in Persian and English language: Nursing Care, Roy Adaptation Mode, Nursing and Roy adaptation model in Iran. We have used Iranian and non- Iranian journals in the period of the early years of the emergence of the model until 2023. In the initial search, due to the scope of the subject, only the studies that applied the Roy model in Iranian nursing were considered for review (80 articles). And according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the studies for further investigation; 46 studies were omitted. Also, studies whose full text could not be accessed were excluded from our review (N=4). Then, the findings of the remaining studies (N=30) were studied deeply for further investigation.
Results: In general, the application of Roy model was determined in improving adaptation level in different modes and in various diseases and situations, including in hemodialysis patients, thalassemia, heart failure, breast cancer, mental disorders, burns, asthma, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, blood pressure and covid- 19.
Conclusion: It seems that according to the positive results in improving the level of adaptation in different patients in several studies; Roy's model can be considered as one of the most widely applicable models in nursing care in Iran. Examining the suitability of the Roy adaptation model with Iran's nursing context by qualitative researches is a necessity in the future.
