ارتباط بین سبک زندگی دانش‌آموزان 11 تا 14 ساله شهر تهران با سطح‌بندی خدمات شهری

چکیده

مقدمه: سبک زندگی سالم در سنین مدرسه، موجب نهادینه شدن رفتار در فرد و بروز آن در بزرگسالی می‌گردد. امکانات موجود در محیط زندگی می‌تواند بر انتخاب‌های فرد که سبک زندگی وی را تشکیل می‌دهند اثرگذار باشد. بنابراین، هدف محقق بررسی ارتباط بین سبک زندگی دانش­آموزان 11 تا 14 ساله شهر تهران با سطح‌بندی خدمات شهری است.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه، به روش توصیفی-پیمایشی بر روی 386 دانش‌آموز در تهران طی یک نمونه‌گیری چند مرحله‌ای انجام شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه‌ای حاوی سؤالات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه استاندارد سبک زندگی بود و با آمار توصیفی و آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه، آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن و آزمون نا پارامتری من ویتنی تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمره کل سبک زندگی در هر یک از مناطق فرا بهره‌مند (66/26 ± 36/177)، میان بهره‌مند (54/25 ± 78/176) و فرو بهره‌مند (08/30 ± 7/179) در حد متوسط بود. بین سبک زندگی دانش­آموزان با سطح‌بندی خدمات شهری ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود نداشت. بیشترین میانگین مربوط به بعد مسئولیت‌پذیری در مورد سلامت و کمترین میانگین مربوط به بعد مدیریت استرس بود. از نظر رفتارهای ارتقا دهنده سلامت در بعد فعالیت بدنی، پسران به­طور معنی­داری نمره بهتری نسبت به دختران (020/0=p) به دست آوردند. در ابعاد تغذیه (001/0>p) و روابط بین فردی (029/0=p) دختران به­طور معنی‌داری بهتر از پسران بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های مطالعۀ حاضر می‌توان گفت سطح‌بندی خدمات شهری بر انجام رفتارهای ارتقا دهنده سلامت دانش­آموزان تهرانی تأثیری نداشته است. لذا لزوم یافتن عوامل دیگری که موجب ترغیب نوجوانان به داشتن سبک زندگی بهتر گردد ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: A healthy lifestyle at school ages lead to the institutionalization of behavior in the person and its occurrence in adulthood. The facilities in the living environment can influence a person’s choice that forms his/her lifestyle. Therefore, the goal of the researcher is to examine the relationship between the lifestyle of students aged 11 to 14 in Tehran with the ranking of civil services.
Materials and Methods: This descriptive-survey study was conducted on 386 students in Tehran during a multi-stage sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire containing demographic questions and a standard lifestyle questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVAs, Spearman correlation tests, and Mann-Whitney nonparametric tests were used to analyze the collected data.
Results: The average total lifestyle score was moderate in each regionover-rewarded (177.36±26.66), middle-rewarded (177.78±25.54) and under-rewarded (179.77±25.54). There was no significant relationship between the lifestyle of students in different regions with the ranking of civil services (p=0.498). The highest average was related to the health dimension and the lowest mean was obtained for the stress management dimension. Regarding health promotion behaviors, in boys' physical activity, boys received a better score than girls (p=0.022). Also, in terms of nutrition (p<0.001) and interpersonal relationships (p= 0.029), girls were significantly better than boys.
Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, it can be concluded that the ranking of civil services do not affect health promotion behaviors of students in Tehran. Therefore, it is necessary to find other factors that encourage young people to have a better lifestyle.
