اثربخشی درمان هیجان‌مدار بر توافق‌پذیری و تعادل عاطفی زنان با طلاق عاطفی

چکیده
مقدمه: طلاق عاطفی نوعی از طلاق است که هیچ­جا به ثبت نمی­رسد و مربوط به خانواده­هایی است که به دلایلی مانند نگرش­های منفی، باورهای نادرست، ذهن بیمار، استرس و نگرانی و ناتوانی در تأمین نیازهای زندگی تصمیم می­گیرند به اجبار زیر یک سقف زندگی کنند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان هیجان­مدار بر توافق­پذیری و تعادل عاطفی زنان با طلاق عاطفی انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها: این پژوهش به روش نیمه­آزمایشی با طرح پیش­آزمون-پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل انجام شد. جامعه آماری، 100 نفر از زنان با طلاق عاطفی مراجعه­کننده به مرکز مشاوره ندای مهرگان رشت در سال 1402 بودند. تعداد 30 نفر به روش نمونه­گیری هدفمند انتخاب و به ­صورت تصادفی در گروه­های مداخله (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) جای­دهی شدند. داده­ها توسط پرسش­نامه­های طلاق عاطفی، تعادل عاطفی و توافق­پذیری جمع­آوری شدند. گروه مداخله تحت 8 جلسه مداخله درمان هیجان­مدار قرار گرفت. گروه کنترل آموزشی دریافت نکرد. داده­ها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تجزیه­وتحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: میانگین و انحراف­معیار توافق­پذیری در گروه مداخله در پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون به ترتیب 06/2±40/32 و 87/1±33/39 و در گروه کنترل 76/1±13/32 و 80/1±53/32 بود. میانگین و انحراف­معیار تعادل عاطفی در گروه مداخله در پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون به ترتیب 86/1±26/32 و 18/1±13/38 و در گروه کنترل 79/1±33/32 و 47/1±80/32 بود. درمان هیجان­مدار موجب افزایش توافق­پذیری (001/0p˂) و تعادل عاطفی (001/0p˂) در گروه مداخله شد.
نتیجه­ گیری: استفاده از محتوا و دستورالعمل­های درمان هیجان­مدار در افزایش توافق­پذیری و تعادل عاطفی زنان با طلاق عاطفی مفید است. بنابراین استفاده از این مداخله درمانی توصیه می­شود.

Introduction: Emotional divorce is a type of divorce that is not registered anywhere and is related to families who decide for reasons such as negative attitudes, false beliefs, sick mind, stress and worry, inability to meet the needs of life. They are forced to live under one roof. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of emotion-oriented therapy on agreeableness and emotional balance of women with emotional divorce.
Materials and Methods: This research was conducted using a semi-experimental method and a pre-test-post-test research design with a control group. The statistical population of the research consisted of 100 women with emotional divorce in 2023 at Neday Mehrgan Counseling Center in Rasht, out of which a sample of 30 people was selected by purposive sampling and randomly in the intervention group. (15 people) and control (15 people) were placed. Emotional divorce (Gottman, 2008), emotional balance (Diener and et al 2010) and agreeableness (McCrae and et al 2005) questionnaires were used to collect data. The intervention group underwent 8 sessions of emotional therapy (Greenberg and Johnson, 1988), while the control group did not receive any training. Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance.
Results: The results showed that emotional therapy was effective in increasing the agreeableness of women with emotional divorce (p<0.001). Also, the results showed that emotional therapy was effective in increasing the emotional balance of women with emotional divorce (p<0.001).
Conclusion: The findings of the present study showed that the use of emotion-oriented treatment content and instructions is useful in increasing agreeableness and emotional balance of women with emotional divorce. Therefore, the use of this therapeutic intervention is recommended.
