ارتباط تمایل به کار داوطلبانه با گرایش به هویت ملی و رفتار اجتماعی مطلوب در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی سمنان در دوران پاندمی کووید-۱۹

چکیده
مقدمه: پاندمی کووید-19 منجر به کمبود نیروی انسانی برای ارائه خدمات سلامتی در بیمارستان­ها گردید. دانشجویان علوم پزشکی به دلیل دانش و مهارت لازم یکی از گروه­های داوطلب بسیار کارآمد می­باشند. هدف این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط تمایل به کار داوطلبانه با گرایش به هویت ملی و رفتار اجتماعی مطلوب در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی شهر سمنان بود.
مواد و روش­ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی_تحلیلی، جامعه پژوهش، دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر سمنان در نیم سال دوم سال 1401 بودند. ۵5۰ دانشجو با روش نمونه­گیری آسان انتخاب شدند. شرکت­کنندگان فرم اطلاعات جمعیت­شناختی، تمایل داوطلب شدن، پرسشنامه گرایش به هویت ملی و رفتار اجتماعی مطلوبCarlo  را تکمیل کردند. داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون­های مجذور کای و تی مستقل تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بیش از 60 درصد از دانشجویان تمایل به داوطلب شدن داشتند. دانشجویان بومی، پرستاری و پیراپزشکی، دانشجویان سال پنجم و بالاتر و دارای سابقه کار بالینی و آنهایی که سه دوز واکسن دریافت کرده بودند، تمایل بیشتری برای داوطلب شدن داشتند 5/۰p<). گرایش به هویت ملی و رفتار اجتماعی مطلوب، با تمایل به کار داوطلبانه ارتباط معنی­داری داشتند (001/0p=).
نتیجه­ گیری: یافته­ها اهمیت آموزش و ترویج هویت ملی و رفتار‌های اجتماعی مثبت در تشویق و ترغیب دانشجویان به مشارکت داوطلبانه را برجسته می‌سازد. برنامه‌ریزی‌های فرهنگی و آموزشی می‌تواند در تقویت روحیه داوطلبانه و فعالیت‌های اجتماعی دانشجویان مؤثر باشد

چکیده English

Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a shortage of human resources to provide health services in hospitals. Medical students are a highly efficient volunteer group due to the necessary knowledge and skills. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the willingness to volunteer and a tendency towards national identity and desirable social behavior in medical students in Semnan.
Methods: In this descriptive-analytical study, the research population was students of Semnan University of Medical Sciences in the second semester of 2022. 550 students were selected by convenient sampling method. Participants completed the demographic information form, the Willingness to Volunteer Questionnaire, and Carlo's National Identity and Desirable Social Behavior Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square test and independent t-test.
Results: More than 60% of the students reported a willingness to volunteer. Native students, those in nursing and paramedical fields, students in their fifth year or higher, those with clinical work experience, and those who had received three doses of the vaccine were more likely to volunteer (p<0.05). Tendency towards national identity and favorable social behavior were significantly related to willingness to volunteer (p=0.001).
Conclusion: The findings highlight the importance of teaching and promoting national identity and prosocial behaviors in encouraging and persuading students to volunteer. As a result, cultural and educational programs can be effective in strengthening the volunteer spirit and social activities of students.
